Nutrition + Menu
DHCDC is committed to providing high-quality, nutritional meals daily. We provide breakfast, lunch, and snack. All of our meals are prepared in-house and served family style in their classrooms. Our menu is full of variety to encourage children to try new things. We are committed to serving only lean proteins (chicken, turkey, fish), maintaining a nut-free and pork-free facility, providing all vegetables as fresh or from frozen, and preparing homemade meals.
A sample of our daily menu: baked waffle with blueberry compote, fresh sliced fruit, and milk for breakfast; salmon pasta, glazed carrots, applesauce, and milk for lunch; and spinach dip with flatbread strips, fresh sliced apples, and water at snack time.
