The teachers and administration are happy people that are well educated on child development. They have been a resource for us throughout our time at DHCDC. We have always felt that our child was well cared for and truly loved at this school. There is a holistic approach to care that truly includes the parents, teachers, administration and right down to the security and janitorial staff that help make the center run every day. Every individual in this school cares about the kids and works with the parents to make the kids the priority.
I just want to thank you all for creating and sending these newsletters. It absolutely makes my day to see pictures of my son’s big smile and to read about all the wonderful things he’s doing at camp–he’s too tired in the afternoons to talk about them!
I appreciate all your hard work and dedication, but these are definitely “above and beyond.”
My son has been enrolled at DHCDC for four years. When we left him in the infant room at age 6 months it was hard, but it was also evident that he had loving, dedicated teachers. We quickly felt at home and he did too. In his time at DHCDC, he’s developed emotionally, cognitively and physically. He’s a happy, confident little boy. We couldn’t be more proud of him or grateful to DHCDC and its staff. He’s made good friends at the Center and we have too. We’ve loved our DHCDC experience.
